Collaborates with the design team to design women’s belt collections that meet licensor brand direction, company initiatives, and market needs.

Stays up to date on current design trends and competitor research to influence new designs.

Creates trend boards and collateral materials for internal, licensor, and customer presentations.

Develops new materials, constructions, and hardware.

Conducts product development process including; preparation of tech packs, sample requests, PLM processes, and communications with overseas factories.

Maintains an attention to detail, tracking progress & anticipating potential issues, while meeting design calendar deadlines.

Helps to organize samples, ship when needed, and prepare for customer meetings.

Presents trend and product specific presentations for internal, licensor, & customer meetings.
